Counselling is a process of exploring the issues brought by the client; helping to relieve and resolve difficult situations; enabling personal growth and decision making and facilitating healthy life changes. It is based on a trusting, confidential and mutual relationship between the counsellor and the client with shared goals.
Counselling is neither giving advice or medical treatment, nor casual chatting. Clients need to take the initiative to seek help and commit to the whole process of regular sessions with their counsellor (usually once per week).
• Interpersonal / marital / family relationships
• Rapid/ dramatic life changes (e.g. redundancy, bereavement, trauma, etc.)
• Repeated emotional troubles (e.g. depression, anxiety, confusion, anger, guilt, inferiority, etc.)
• Setting free from present or past experiences…
Our service is available for all the community regardless of income, religion, gender, disability or type of problem

We are currently a team of volunteer counsellors, not a profit oriented organisation. As Chinese or non-Chinese living in Britain we understand both Chinese culture and the issues related to living in Britain.
We are also practising Christians from the churches in and around London. However, we will not impose our faith on anyone who comes to us.
